Artist & Scientist
My practice explores how data, measurement and scientific observation can be transformed into material and poetic forms.
Working across painting, cyanotype, printmaking and installation, I investigate time, memory, environmental change, loss and human vulnerability. Numbers and statistics become a starting point for processes of repetition, accumulation and transformation, allowing information that is often abstract or impersonal to acquire a sensory and emotional presence.
My work moves between scientific precision and subjective experience, asking how something measured can also be remembered, felt and imagined.
